    3. Payments & Refunds

    • Payments are due as per the agreed-upon terms in the proposal or invoice.

    • All fees are non-refundable once the project has commenced or services have been rendered.

    • Late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of services.

    4. Intellectual Property

    • Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables.

    • G’Rox Communication retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials.

    • All drafts, concepts, and unused materials remain the property of G’Rox Communication unless otherwise agreed.

    We respect client confidentiality. Any proprietary information shared during the project will be kept secure and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

    6. Revisions & Approvals

    • Standard revisions are included as per the project scope.

    • Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

    • Final approval is required before launching, publishing, or delivering files.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    G’Rox Communication is not liable for:

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

    • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

    • Errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate client input

    All services are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those stated in writing.
